?? Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of commercial costs on construction projects
- Taking the commercial lead on this £70 million project leading the commercial project team
- Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure best price
- Updating the client on project deliverable
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are met
- Delivering monthly CVR reports on financial performance
?? What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with project experience in high - rise, student accommodation or BTR
- Strong knowledge of cost management and procurement processes from a tier 1 contractor or project experience of running schemes £50 million+
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
